No-Bake Peanut Butter Snowballs Recipe
Happy holidays! For me, I very much associate the wintertime with baking. Probably because I grew up with parents who went all out making treats for friends and family. I have vivid memories of our dining room table completely covered with different kinds of desserts.
The past few years, I’ve been sharing festive recipes on my blog. This year, I thought I’d try fiddling with a no-bake treat I tried months prior. What I got was NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER SNOWBALLS. There are only a handful of ingredients and the recipe in general is fairly simple. It’s a great dessert to have around the house or to bring to a shindig!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Snowballs
1 cup oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Green and red sprinkles
Grind the oats into a flour.
Combine the oats, peanut butter, and honey. Chill in the fridge for one hour.
Using a cookie dough scoop, create peanut butter balls. Roll them in your hands to make smooth circles.
Melt white chocolate chips and mix in coconut oil. Dip the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet covered in wax paper.
Add green and red sprinkles to the top of each ball. Chill in the fridge again for 15-20 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Enjoy!
