Ten Must-Try Seattle Brunch Hotspots

Seattle is full of amazing restaurants, especially must-try brunch spots. Brunch is one of my favorite eat-out meals and I’ve tried my best to compile a list of ten restaurants you should check out if you’re looking for a delicious meal!

Oddfellows Café + Bar

Oddfellows Café + Bar is located in Capitol Hill and is a bustling brunch hotspot. Their weekend brunch menu is full of traditional, hearty breakfast choices and the restaurant also utilizes Imperfect Produce for some of their menu options. The brunch cocktails menu also adds the perfect cherry on top to a delicious meal.

Portage Bay Café

With four Seattle locations open, Portage Bay Café is an accessible and popular brunch spot. Their brunch menu is full of organic and healthy options that will leave you feeling stuffed and satisfied. They even have a breakfast bar for customizable brunch meals.

Serious Pie & Biscuit

Serious Pie & Biscuit has a serious brunch menu. The South Lake Union location is modern and offers ample selections, from baked egg skillets and homemade buttermilk biscuit sandwiches. They also offer 24 rotating taps and Pacific Northwest inspired cocktails.

The London Plane is a quaint, aesthetically pleasing spot in Pioneer Square. It consists of multiple shops, creating a cohesive, diverse space. The London Plane is part café, specialty foods grocery, and floral workshop. You could grab brunch, a jar of local honey, and a bouquet of flowers, all before you leave.

Jewel Box Café

Located in Northgate, Jewel Box Café is an eclectic and unique spot that offers coffee, crepes, and sandwiches throughout the day. The restaurant’s large menu means there’s something for everybody and is the perfect place for a laid back bite to eat.

Sweet Iron

Waffles are delicious at any time of day and Sweet Iron provides yummy waffles for whatever someone is craving. Sweet and savory choices are prominent on Sweet Iron’s menu, as well as parfaits and mini Belgian Liege waffles.

Blue Star Café & Pub

Blue Star Café & Pub is a cozy and comfortable spot with plenty of seating and TVs showing sports. Their menu is full of belly-filling choices including scrambles, omelets, and waffles. It’s safe to say you may end up bringing leftovers home.

Red Cedar & Sage

Red Cedar & Sage is tucked back behind Pike Place Market, easily passable if you’re not paying attention. The restaurants provides unique views and delicious Northwest cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Another brunch spot nestled in Capitol Hill, The Wandering Goose offers Southern food in a quaint cafe setting. Full of natural light and rustic decor, the restaurant offers biscuits and full plated options. The pastry and cake options in the front display case are also too enticing to pass up!

Lost Lake Café

Lost Lake Café and Lounge in the Capitol Hill neighborhood provides a hearty weekend brunch that will satisfy anybody. Many of their menu items are vegetarian friendly and their interior gives off serious rustic old timey diner vibes.

Porkchop and Co.

I walked into Porkchop and Co. with an empty stomach and left feeling stuffed and satisfied. This popular brunch restaurant is located in Ballard with a clean, quality menu. Their weekend brunch options contain healthy ingredients and hearty portions, perfectly paired with a mimosa or iced coffee.
