5 Seattle Valentine’s Day Plans That Won’t Break the Bank
While Valentine’s Day may only be a few days away, there is still plenty of time to plan a day, afternoon, or evening of love and celebration! I’ve compiled a list of five possibly plans you can make in Seattle (or anywhere really) with friends, family, or a significant other that won’t break the bank.
Dick’s Drive-In and Kerry Park
This one is a personal favorite of mine. You can get a couple cheeseburger, fries, and a shake for under $10 at Dick’s Drive-In, then drive to Kerry Park to take in the Seattle skyline. It’s lowkey, but still memorable. It’ll also give you plenty of time to talk and connect, still able to make Valentine’s Day special without spending too much.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Wine from PCC
Chocolate covered strawberries are synonymous with Valentine’s Day, so it’d be a shame to celebrate without these tasty desserts! Pick up ingredients at your local PCC, as well as a nice bottle of wine, and have a relaxing night in with some delicious treats.

If you’re planning on spending Valentine’s Day with your gal pals, what better way than watching romantic comedies! Make a couple individual pizzas then kick back on the couch and pick from Netflix’s array of rom coms.

Evening at the Seattle Aquarium
The Seattle Aquarium is hosting the “After Hours: No-Pressure Valentine’s Day” event at only $25 a ticket. This 21+ event has so much to offer, and it’s all happening surrounded by sea life! If I didn’t already have my Valentine’s Day plans set, this is 100% what I would want to do.

Dinner at Matt’s at the Market
If you want to have a romantic dinner out, might as well make sure you have a great view as well. Matt’s at the Market is an intimate restaurant, located right across from the Pike Place Market sign. Share an entrée and dessert while soaking in the view of a Seattle landmark.
